The Warrior Mode Teens program is designed for ages 14–17 and focuses on helping teens build strength, confidence, body awareness, and overall conditioning.
Strength, Confidence & Performance for Every Teen
The Warrior Mode Teens program is designed for ages 14–17 and focuses on helping teens build strength, confidence, body awareness, and overall conditioning. This class introduces foundational movement patterns and progressively teaches additional lifts in a safe, structured way. Teens begin with PVC pipes to learn proper mechanics and gradually move to light barbells, dumbbells, medballs, and controlled resistance as they demonstrate readiness.
Warrior Mode Teens welcomes all teens — whether they’re active in school sports, recreational activities, homeschool PE, or just beginning their fitness journey. Everyone progresses at their own pace, with multiple levels available to support a wide range of abilities and goals.
