Warrior Mode Kids is designed for children ages 5–9 and focuses on helping young athletes build coordination, balance, strength, and confidence in a play-based, high-energy environment. We use functional movements that mirror real-life activities — jumping, squatting, running, lifting light objects — all taught in a way that keeps kids moving, laughing, and having fun.
In Warrior Mode style, safety always comes first. Kids start with little to no weight, learning proper form through games and skill-based challenges. As they demonstrate control and understanding of movement patterns, they gradually progress to very light equipment such as small medicine balls, light kettlebells, or 5 lb plates.
