The Warrior Mode Pre-Teens program is designed for athletes ages 10–13, focusing on helping young warriors develop the proper foundation of movement, strength, and coordination. This age group is ready for more structure, more skills, and a deeper understanding of how their bodies move — all in a supportive and encouraging environment.
Athletes begin with PVC pipes to learn technique safely and effectively. As they demonstrate control, confidence, and proper form, they may gradually progress to light barbells, dumbbells, medballs, and other light resistance tools. The goal is mastery, not max weight.
Movement Philosophy
Every workout is scaled to the individual athlete, allowing them to grow at their own pace while reducing the risk of injury.
