What is functional fitness, and is it right for me?
Functional fitness focuses on exercises that mimic everyday movements to improve strength, balance, and endurance. Our classes are scalable, making them ideal for beginners, experienced athletes, and everyone in between.
Do I need to be in shape to start?
Not at all! Our programs are designed to meet you where you are. Whether you’re starting fresh or returning to fitness, our coaches will tailor workouts to your current level and help you build safely.
What should I bring to my first class?
Wear comfortable workout clothes, bring water, and a positive mindset! If it’s your free trial, arrive 10–15 minutes early so we can get you set up and introduce you to the team.
What age groups are included in the youth fitness program?
Our Youth Fitness program is open to kids 5-9, pre-teens 10-13, and teens 14–17. We group participants by age and ability to ensure safety, engagement, and appropriate skill development.
How often should I attend classes?
For best results, we recommend attending at least 3 classes per week. Our schedule offers flexibility so you can build consistency without overcommitting.
Is nutrition coaching included with memberships?
Select memberships include access to basic nutrition support. We also offer personalized nutrition coaching for those looking to dial in their diet and maximize results.
